How Keystead handles the details you share. Last updated 2026-06-12.
Who we are
Keystead is a dedicated client-growth brand from Markster serving Bay Area accounting, bookkeeping, and tax firms. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect from you
When you request the free local opportunities list or book a call, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, firm name, city, email, phone if provided, and message. We also collect basic site and form-request data such as time, page, browser, approximate location, referral, and UTM parameters so we can operate the site and understand which public channels are working.
How the list is delivered
The free list is delivered as a curated, gated business-level view. We do not email raw spreadsheets of third-party personal contact data to prospects. The clean view may include business name, city, category, fit reason, visibility-gap status, and suggested reach path. Access links are time-limited and can be revoked.
How we use your information
We use your information to send the list you requested, respond to your questions, book calls, create CRM records, follow up about Keystead services, prevent abuse, honor unsubscribe or deletion requests, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it goes
Your submitted details may be processed by service providers we use for forms, CRM, email, calendar booking, analytics, and site hosting. They process the data for Keystead and Markster, not for their own independent sale of your information.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may ask us to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject "California privacy request." We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Deletion and suppression
If you ask us to delete your opt-in record, we revoke any list-view link tied to that request and delete or suppress the requester record from the opt-in and contact systems where legally allowed. If a listed business or contact asks not to appear in future Keystead views or outreach, we suppress that business or contact before further use.
Your choices
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe or reply-to-stop path. You can also email [email protected] to unsubscribe, ask for access, request correction, or request deletion.
